Weekend Recap | March 17th 2015

This weekend was the prefect ending to a lack luster spring break. The break was nice, but honestly all I did was catch up on homework, and being awoke by an alarm today was such a great reminder that all good things must come to an end. Here is a little recap of my weekend, and I hope yours was just as spectacular! Oh, and happy St.Patrick's Day!

We went to the circus on Friday and it was amazing! I love going to the circus and if you read my most previous post then you know why. If not, the pictures might give it away! I always thought I could be in the circus, but I have indefinitely reconsidered. Never will I ever me in the circus unless they want a mediocre dancer to NOT do any tricks.

I have tried Noodles & Company once before and it was amaze balls. This time my mom picked some up for us so I don't have any clue what this is called. What I do know is that it was heavenly and its all veggies and noodles.

I had to save these donuts for last because donuts are bae. To be honest these aren't the ones we went there for or would've choose first, but they were pretty good. My two were the ones to the far left, which was peanut butter and a chocolate one filled with some weird tasting stuff. Overall all these are some pretty good donuts, although I liked the ones from last time better, but alas I would definitely go back again.

Mid-Week Favorites | March 4th 2015

This week's weekend favorites turned into a mid-week favorites. I literally get so many emails and add that to scoping the web, and I could easily do 20 favorites. However, I don't think I could even last through 20 favorites, so I will cut you some slack and just do half that. Hope your week has been going good! Actually I will take that one step further, and I hope your year is going good! Last year was such a doozy, and this year is going pretty good if I do say so myself! #winningsofar and I hope you are too, now onto the favorites!

Fashion Week Favorites | February 19th 2015

Every year I long to go to Fashion Week and this year unfortunately was no different. It's kind of big to think of going to Fashion Week when I haven't even been to New York yet. I think my favorite part surprisingly isn't the clothes on the runway but the street style. Don't get me wrong I like the runway stuff to, but the street style is great because it's like gathering a whole bunch of jelly beans in one big bowl, the starburst flavors of course. Here are my favorites, there were a ton to choose from, so this is basically nothing! What is your favorite look and what would you wear to fashion week?

Weekly Favorites | January 31st 2015

I love my new rusty colored blazer I just purchased from Forever 21 for $12 dollars! I have trying to come up with ways to style it and I am really liking this one. If you have been around for a minute you know I love jeans, and if I can make a cute outfit around them it's even better! Simple graphic tees are a staple to me and can be so versatile. Cheese, bread, tomatoes? It's basically pizza and pizza is heavenly in my book. These little bites are great for the Superbowl or a before dinner appetizer. I love food that looks so classy, but is so easy to make! Dash on over to Skinny Taste to get these Tomato and Mozzarella Tarts!

This is what I want to look like everyday, but the cold weather gets to me to much, I mean I just can not stand walking around in the cold. I am loving this look because it's so put together and  classy, yet it looks to comfy for its own good. I actually have a turtleneck similar to this one in beige and I have got to say I am loving it. I am loving it to the point of wearing it once a week. Is that bad? oh well! I always love The Darling Detail looks and you will see her looks on my favorites a lot!

The infatuation with black walls has become to real. I am tempted to paint my walls, but that is a task I am to lazy to take on at this time. When I painted only one wall blue years ago it took like 3 or 4 days and nobody has time for that..not right now anyways. Also, it doesn't make sense since I don't have my own place yet. This will definitely be archived in my Pintrest board though, which is where I found it, and you can find it here!

When it's cold outside I am down to try almost any kind of soup to warm me right on up. This happens to be a decadent looking bowl of lasagna soup. I love lasagna so I am guessing this would be heaven in my mouth. I think it would be cool to try a least one new recipe a month, so this just might be mine for February! Whip on over to Skinny Taste once again because the recipes over there are on point.
