Tame That Mane 2.0

You may have seen my early fall hair blog post, which if you missed is right here! I wanted to refresh you memory of the various ways you can style your hair this fall!

subtle braid - Rachel Zoe

braided crown - Emilio Pucci

Braids don't always have to be for the summer months, carry it into the fall as well. It adds a sense of playfulness, as well as excitement because it's a surprising element. There a series of variations, and the possibilities are endless!

Ombre reminds me of leaves because they change color and that's exactly why it's just right for fall. My favorite one I have seen is the blonde on the bottom and the darker colors at the top. Experiment with it, find one that's right for you and why stand in when you can stand out?!

swing 60s bang - Reed Krakoff

Bangs are great because they work for people with hair of almost any length. Also there are an array of bang types to choose from, like side swept, rounded, or choppy. Just make sure you pick one that fits your face shape best and that makes you feel confident!

When in doubt straighten it out! Some days natural is the best way to go, and no doubt the easiest. Slick straight is a great style for fall because it's not time consuming and blows flawlessly in the the fall breeze!

Retro Volume is fierce, daring, and oh so fabulous! This is great for numerous fall activities and maybe even for Halloween parties. Add an elegant touch to it by adding a bold lip, and don't just stop at red try other fall colors such as burgundy and purples.

"Love That Brand"

Hey guys! Long time no post, and I am so sad about it. I try to post as often as I have time to because I really do love doing this! Any who if you want a guaranteed post you can visit my Tumblr blog that is a requirement for one of my classes. So I was informed of this fascinating post about Brands Young Women Love Most and I was so intrigued I had to write about it. If you want to see the whole thing I will link in into the article title, but here you will just see the ones I love.

1) Forever 21

I am in LUST maybe even love with Forever 21 because their clothes are pretty affordable.Almost 100% of people know about it, which isn't surprising considering many young adults shop there. There around 80% favorable, which is fair considering it doesn't fit some peoples taste and quality. I think they will continue to grow  though because they provide an array of products. I mostly get jewelry from them but I do have a few apparel items that have held up well. It really depends on your style but I definitely don't see them going anywhere anytime soon!

2) Victoria's Secret

Me and Victoria Secret have come a long way in the past couple of years. I used to avoid them because I heard from  many that they are expensive, which they are for some of the things they sell. It does however provide great quality so that sort of explains the pricing. I have gotten numerous items from there from under garments, to bags, and a few clothing items. I like the customer service they provide,  the quality of products, and the perks of being a loyal customer. I wasn't surprised to see that about 96% of people know about it, but I was surprised to see the favor-ability at 83%, i think it deserves more!

3) PINK Victoria's Se …

Pink Victoria Secret was on the list as well but I mostly feel the same way about them. I love their products and will continue to buy them!

5) H&M

Ahh H&M! I could probably shop there about every week! They have such an array of items, prices, as well as a lot of staple pieces. I have gotten various things from there such as: purses, bathing suits, shirts, jackets, and pants. If you saw my post about H&M getting online shopping then you know how ecstatic I was. I was a little taken aback about 83% favorited it just because it has a lot of good praise, and I am definitely one of them!

7) Target

I really like Target because they have a lot of things that I would use or wear. I will say some things they sell are a little expensive if you compare it to other department stores, but they do have a lot of good quality products such as: Merona and Mossino. Also they have become more popular with doing collaborations with designers like Neiman Marcus and 3.1 Phillip Lim. This has also maybe made them unpopular, putting them at 76.9% on the favorably scale. While Lim's line does have many items I love, and items that are affordable to some people,  many shoppers, expecting to pay less aren't going to shell out $250.00 dollars for a leather jacket. I personally wouldn't because I am frugal, but I might buy less expensive items from the line and will definitely continue to shop at Target.

8) Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitters is really a unique and popular apparel outlet fot this generation. I love the stuff they sell, but if you have shopped there you know there items are rather on the high dollar side. I have bought things there before but not regularly. I was a little shocked that only 89.6% percent of people were aware of it and 81.2% favorited it since many teens tend to shop at places like them and Brandy Melville. I think they have really nice things and will continue to become more popular as teens and young adults start to steer fashion.

13) Neutrogena

I have just recently started using Neutrogena and I have to say I am very impressed. If you look in the picture above, the product I actually use is on the far right. It's all natural, smells really good, and seems to be working with my skin, it's fairly sensitive. If you want to try that you can also get the cream acne treatment that you rub into your face. It was rated at a favor-ability of 78.6% but this one is tricky because not everyone has the same skin.  Even though I am a new customer I would recommend it and agree that it is a loved brand.

If you would like to see the whole list click on the title link at the very top, there are some great brands  like Chanel and Marc Jacobs on there!
