Prabal Gurung for Target

It all started with the holiday collection with Neiman Marcus. Personally I liked a lot of the items, but I thought they were to expensive for Target.  I'm kinda frugal in general so I wouldn't drop that much cash unless I really wanted it anyways, but a lot of people thought it just wasn't a good match. So on February 10th Target released the new Prabal Gurung collection at target. I have to say what will really appeal people to the collection is the price. Ranging from 12.99-199.99. I think this time around people will really rush to get the goods. Many items are already sold out online and it's only been three days! My favorite thing about it? It makes you want to smile! It's so fun and girly and most of all FRESH. So, below are pieces from his line at Target. That's not all of them there is actually about 90 pieces. The most range number I see is $50.00. The last one is his own line not affiliated with Target and some prices are in the thousands, so I would say that's a pretty good steal.

#Grammys 2013

          Yesterday all the talk was about the 2013 Grammys. If you tuned in you may have seen some of these dazzling looks. If not I have put together what sung best dressed to me. (You know best sung because it's the Grammys...I try)

Don't quote me on this, but I am pretty sure there is a least a wedding everyday. Seriously, right as your reading this someone could be getting married! I put together a little inspiration for your mind. Whether your having a wedding, planning on having one, or just looking, hopefully you will me able to get an idea of what your looking for!

Sleeve dresses are very in this year. No longer do you have to bare the shoulders to be the bell of the ball. I like how she added a lace cover over the dress to make it have sleeves, very DIY genius.

I see floral headbands everywhere now-a-days. I think they are just so feminine and girly and some even look like real flowers. Just a tip, make sure you go various places before buying one. One because you could find one you like more. Two because they vary in prices, some are very high while others are low. Oh and the dress and the bride-stunning.


The best thing I like about this is well everything! The floral headband, the bohemian dress. It's to live for- literally!

This is more traditional,but none the less beautiful

I like this idea of a ruffle. it comes off as a flower and a type of ruffle and it kind of reminds me of a tree stump ( My favorites the weeping willow by the way) and that is super smart.

It reminds of one of those cool bejeweled phone cases! The lace paired with the flowers and cutout and well everything makes me wanna put this on..like now!

This looks like taffeta. I think it is so innocent. I love the belt it spices the simple look up just a tad.

I really liked this picture in general, but I also love the dress. It is so elegant and don't forget those quarter sleeves, it really helps make the dress.

Lace. I don't think I can get tired of good lace. It draws you in definitely. 

If you wanna put a little jive in your drive, put on the ruffle. It's really just breathtaking hanging up, I wonder how it would actually look on....

I don't really feel like floral will be going away anytime soon. I like how it doesn't overwhelm the dress. It's just whimsical, child like, and I just wanna fly away with it!

Lots of things are in the air! Clouds, planes, birds, but mostly L-O-V-E! This month is the time for love! Many will be wearing and seeing red this month! Around the World in 30 Seconds...

Let's take a moment to travel around the world. I wish I meant literally, because I would take a trip..well anywhere really at the drop of a dime! Where have been, or where do you plan to go? Well next time you go  can you take me along?! I'm serious, but on the topic at hand were gonna travel around and see what people are wearing in London & Milan. Bottom line their accent is extraordinarily awesome and so is their style.

I have actually seen floral sets a lot lately. I was gonna buy one the last week now that I think about it....maybe I should go do that now!

I can really decide what make her cooler the socks with pumps or just her I look good swag.

I like this look mostly because she is actually dressed for the weather and still looks stylish. These army greens and jackets are in this year...I think I need to go get me one!

These blue pants look so comfortable! They are like cool pajama pants that you can wear out, love it.

The blazer, the shirt, the pants, he is just working it. 

I just want to steal this outfit from her and put it on right now! Blue is one of the colors of the season and she definitely knows it!

I sketch fashion outfits often and I always end up doing weird shapes, but I love the weird, rectangular, colorful, and quirky look of the outfit.

Right when I saw this it reminded me of Ralph Lauren's new vintage line. It's so old and new at the same time I just can't get over it...

Can I have that sweater?! The cage mesh at the top cascading into the black is utter glory. 

The eyes like I wish I was a makeup genie and could do that, but sadly I am not .The sweater though, yea I am liking it....A LOT.

This pink coat is what got me, but I equally like the daisy shirt and that AWESOME afro! 

There's nothing I don't like about this outfit. Especially the stripped blazer/coat, and whoever took this picture is a great photographer. #justsaying

Color!House of Holland is awesome so basically so is this outfit!

I am not a fan of these shoes at all, but this gal is working them!

Who said black can't have a comeback! It never really went away to me! I love the dark but innocence vibe the look evokes.

Sadly, this mini trip has ended. Now back to life, back to reality!
