Wedding Bells | March 20th 2015

I love weddings! Weddings are always so joyous and this one did not disappoint! Love was in the air, food was heaven in my mouth, the music had me busting a move, and the venue was so beautiful I am still in a daze. The wedding bar has just been raised to another level.

Wedding Bliss | August 20th 2014

I love weddings! It's kind of nice to see people create their own fairy tale. I went to a wedding on Saturday and it was elegant, nice, just the right amount of time, and filled with lots of love! I say just the right amount of time because NO ONE and I mean no one likes a drawn out wedding. It was straight to the point but didn't lose it's luster. I haven't been to a wedding all summer and I was so excited to be able to partake in such a glorious event! I don't have many pictures of the decor, food, and such but I do have a few good ones and selfies of course.

Seflies!

I don't quite know what to call that..

More Selfies at the reception. Go figure.

On A "Whim" | Happily Wed Series | July 16th 2014

As you guys may know I love me a good wedding. Tis the season for weddings these past few months because it seems that everyone loves to have a summer wedding. I think a certain style or aesthetic is a little different to every person. For me whimsical is a little quirky, bright, and a lot of fun. I love the flower dress in set one, and how  about that pop of orange, or that blueberry cake?! Keep on scrolling to see the goods why don't ya!

Wedding Obsessed | June "Friday the 13th" 2014

I feel like I hear about a new couple getting married every week and I am wedding obsessed! I think I may have missed my calling as a wedding planner because it just seems like loads of fun to me. From choosing the venue, flowers, food, music, dresses, hair and all that jazz; it gets me super excited. I am warning you now if you see quite a few wedding post in the future this is why! One of the most popular wedding themes this season is vintage, which is one of my favorites as well, I can't get enough! Today I am showing you my favorites for a vintage wedding. What kind of weddings are your favorites?

When I think of vintage 3 things come to mind.
1. Lace
2. Color
3. Old mixed with new
What comes to mind when you think of vintage?

Trending: At the Bohemian Wedding | June 9th 2014

Spring and Summer are THE seasons for weddings. Each wedding that a couple share is usually unique to them, which means you can go to weddings with a different number of themes. To help you on the many themes of weddings I thought I would put together a mini guide on what to wear to to different types and/or themes of weddings.

First up on the list is the bohemian wedding. Bohemian in general gives me a warm weather vibe so it's no surprise it's a hot commodity for wedding themes.

The Bohemian Wedding

SN:I always wondered if it was acceptable to wear white to a wedding where the bride isn't wearing it. Some say yes some say no, but we will just keep it on the safe side and go bold like the bride.

1. Bohemian is well known, in my opinion for being very free and laid back. This green dress says bohemian in a more dressed up fashion.

2. Take in "there" with a pair of monochromatic sandals that have that chunky heel for comfort.

3.Don't forget to add some accessories! Remember that we want to look good, but not enough to upstage the bride or bring to much attention to us; it's the brides day not ours. I am loving the coin accessory trend it's very old/new chic.
4. Can't forget the sun hat. This accessory is great at any outdoor wedding, but really gives off the classic vintage vibe!

5. Nothing says bohemian more than loose "effortless-looking" curls and a head-wrap. Keep it chic, simple, and bring a hair-bow to tie it up if you get to hot; the headband makes it still look tres-chic!

Happily Wed Series: Not Just a Table

I love blogging about fashion but I also love talking about an array of other things to. I thought it would be cool to do different series like room-spiration and now the happily wed series. So hopefully I can give you some inspiration and you like the variety of this and way more ideas to come! Now onto the post.

Weddings are so lovely because what's not more romantic than two people professing their love to each other. I think spring and summer weddings are the most popular because you can have weddings in a lot of beautiful places and spaces. Today I am giving you a little bit of table inspo. How the wedding table looks is almost as important as how all the other decor looks. Also, you can dress up your table for more than weddings, like graduations, dinner parties, or even just because.
