What better way to keep you warm this winter than a comfy and cozy jacket. An even better way to stay warm? Faux fur of course! I just got my first faux fur piece (a vest to be exact) a couple of weeks ago at Cotton On for $10 dollars! I do love a steal, hey-hey! Keeping warm is a must for me because I am always cold to begin with. Faux fur can be a great accent piece or a stand out show stopper. Play with different textures, colors, and lengths and strut your stuff!
Sheer dress / TEXTILE Elizabeth and James black top / Sarah Pacini poncho sweater, $220 / Coast long sleeve jacket, $205 / Karl Lagerfeld straight jacket / H m jacket, $57 / RED Valentino satin mini skirt / Pull Bear wool skirt, $21 / Pull&Bear black ankle boots, $98 / Zara black ankle boots / Dorothy Perkins patent leather pumps / Nasty Gal cell phone purse / H M zipper bag, $41 / Overnight bag, $72
1. In this instance the fur coat is a statement piece. It captures your attention not only because of it's color but also because of the neutral colors it is paired with!
2. With the black coat it becomes more of an final touch. It finishes off the all black ensemble and adds a touch of chicness.
3.With the final look the tan fur stands out but also lets other pieces shine as well. We will call this look the multi-showstopper. It has the tan coat, but is also paired with this awesome asymmetrical skirt, and this sort of daring ever-green.
